Entrance both front and back, and when we enter from the front terrace we find the living room with TV and newly renovated well-equipped kitchen.

A couple of low steps up to the sleeping alcove with double bed, bedside tables and chests of drawers. Then it's on to the bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower, plenty of storage space and a washing machine. Before we get to the rear access door, we have a large closet with sliding doors and clothes rack with bench and shelves.

Out the back door we come to well-kept large green area used privately, with a coffee table and chairs under an awning on a terrace, as well as a spacious storage room.

Access from two streets and it is easy to find free parking nearby if you rent a car.

There are no less than 3 different restaurants in the complex and as many as 6 large pools and a children's pool.

Los Canarios 1 is a popular, quiet, well-run and safe area with video surveillance. 

To the city center it only takes 5-10 minutes to walk, and here we find a lot of shops, cafes, restaurants for all tastes, and as many as three beaches. The nearest large supermarket with fresh produce department is only 500 meters away.
